Because I agree with Brian wholeheartedly about having both riches and happiness (the best option).

It just seems to me that many people (a majority even) tend to be on the path of first creating wealth and then worrying about being happy later, in that order. First one, then the other.

I think it's much better to be happy while you're working towards financial success (which is not necessarily the same as success in life) because then you'll have a great life even if you don't get the riches you dream of.

Happiness FIRST ... financial success SECOND.

Of course, if your already financially successful then that's great... being happy and rich is indeed the best of both worlds.
